NEW CLIENTS
Please arrive with bare nails, as we do not provide nail removal services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation: 48-hour notice required. Late cancellations charged 100% of booked service.
No Shows: Charged 100% of booked service.
Repeated Cancellations: May restrict future bookings.
Illness: Fee applies if canceled within 24 hours.
Deposit: Non-refundable; transferable within 30 days if canceled early.

LATE POLICY
If you're running late, please notify via text. We hold appointments for ten minutes after notification; after that, adjustments or rescheduling may be necessary.
